I have been a family practice physician in Northwest Georgia and Chattanooga, Tennessee since 1987. A short term medical mission led me to Africa for the first time in 2001. I ran a small bush clinic in Southeastern Malawi followed by a photo safari to Kruger National Park. They say Africa gets in you blood and that has certainly been true for me. I have returned for many safaris and have taken all four of my children on individual safaris.
In 2004 I went to the Eastern Cape of South Africa for a plains game safari, I took my then 14 year old son on safari to Namibia in 2006, I returned in 2007 to South Africa and also went to Botswana on safari with my then 18 year old daughter and in 2010 I went on a two week safari to Namibia with my 15 year old daughter returning again to Namibia in 2011 on a safari with my youngest daughter Beth also age 14 at the time of her safari.
I have meet some of the most incredible people and some of my most trustworthy friends in Africa, and thanks to these relationships I can offer my clients some of the best outfitters available at very reasonable rates. I want very much to appeal to people who like me cannot speed a small fortune on hunting safaris but want a great safari experience and real value for their safari dollar.
